pediRES-Q Presentations!

  • A big Shout-Out to Tia Raymond for her poster presentation on "Post-Cardiac Arrest Care Guidelines and Survival to Discharge in a Pediatric International Resuscitation Collaborative" at Cardiology 2019 in Huntington Beach, CA, Feb 13-17

  • Congratulations to Ivie Esangbedo for her oral presentation on "Is Pediatric CPR Quality Worse at Nights and on Weekends?" at the Society of Critical Care Medicine in San Diego, CA, Feb 17-20.

And other cool things....

  • The pediRES-Q QI Committee will be creating an introductory "Chalk Talk" video on Cold Debriefing headed by CHOP's own Heather Wolfe. Keep posted for instructions on how to access once completed!

  • Our pediRES-Q-resident Rock Star, Tia Raymond, will be providing a webinar hosted by the AHA on "Hospital Rates of Delayed Epinephrine and Outcomes" on Tue, Mar 5, 2019 from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST. Tia will discuss her recent publication in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, "The Association of Hospital-Rate of Delayed Epinephrine Administration with Survival to Discharge for Pediatric Non-shockable In-Hospital Cardiac Arrest". Reminders!

  • GOALS! Once a REDCap entry has been initiated, completion is due by the 15th of the following month (ex- Entry start on Jan. 2nd; completion due Feb 15th). Exceptions: Patient has not yet been discharged (Outcomes form will remain open); Cold Debriefing has not yet been conducted (Cold Debriefing form will remain open).
